Spruce tips are a brewers' favorite and an essential ingredient for spruce beer. Forestopia spruce tips are harvested by us both at our own "The Forest Farm" and together with an experienced network of gatherers from native trees at sites across the Northeast USA and Quebec. The soft fresh tips are flash frozen and vacuum packed immediately upon harvest to preserve freshness and essential flavour properties.
