SOLD OUT! (Available again Fall, 2021)
Wild-harvested from native trees throughout the forests of New England, the distinctive orange colored mountain ash berries (Sorbus spp. known as rowan in Europe.) make an excellent ingredient for jams, cordials, ales, medicinal syrups etc. Rowan berries are slightly bitter, astringent, and very high in Vitamin C. Our harvester partners selectively pick choice berries just after the first frost, for optimal color and flavor.
